Welcome to the 9777sz FAQ page — your go-to resource for clear, straightforward answers about everything on the platform. Whether you're a first-time player trying to figure out how to deposit via JazzCash, or a seasoned member wondering about VIP cashback rates, this page has you covered. We've organised the most common questions from Pakistani players into categories so you can find what you need quickly.

9777sz is built for Pakistan — that means PKR deposits and withdrawals, support for Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers, and a games library that puts cricket betting and PSL markets front and centre. If you don't find your answer below, our 24/7 live support team is always available.

Account & Login

Creating an account is quick and free. Click Register in the top navigation, fill in your mobile number and basic details, set a secure password, and you're done. The whole process takes about two minutes. Once registered, you can log in and make your first PKR deposit straight away.

On the Login page, click the "Forgot password?" link. Enter your registered mobile number and follow the on-screen verification steps. You'll receive a reset code and can set a new password within a few minutes. If you're still stuck, contact our live support team who can verify your identity and help restore access.

Accounts are locked temporarily after several failed login attempts as a security measure. To unlock your account, contact our 24/7 live chat support. Our team will verify your identity and restore access as quickly as possible — usually within minutes.

No. Each player is allowed one account only. Duplicate accounts may be suspended and any associated balance forfeited. If you have trouble accessing your existing account, please use the password reset option or contact support rather than opening a new one.

Log in to your account and go to the Profile or Account Settings section. You can update your display name, email address, and other details from there. For changes to your registered mobile number, please contact live support for assisted verification.
Deposits

9777sz supports all major Pakistani payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. All transactions are in PKR, so there's no currency conversion to worry about. Head to Deposit after logging in to see the full list of available methods.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are processed almost instantly. In most cases, your account balance updates within a minute of completing the transaction. If your deposit hasn't reflected after five minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

Yes, minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Generally, JazzCash and Easypaisa have a low minimum entry point in PKR to make the platform accessible to all players. The exact figures for each method are shown on the Deposit page when you're logged in.

9777sz does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (such as JazzCash or your bank) may apply their own service charges. We recommend checking with your payment provider if you're unsure about applicable fees on their end.
Withdrawals

Log in to your account and navigate to the Withdraw section. Select your preferred withdrawal method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or bank transfer — enter the amount in PKR, and confirm the request. Withdrawals to mobile wallets are typically processed within minutes during business hours.

JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals usually arrive within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one working day depending on your bank. Raast transfers are also fast. If your withdrawal is pending for longer than expected, contact support and have your request ID ready.

Withdrawals can be declined for a few reasons: incomplete account verification, an active bonus with wagering requirements not yet met, or a mismatch in the payment details provided. Check your account notification area for the specific reason, or contact our support team who can walk you through the steps to resolve it.

Withdrawal limits vary by method and by your VIP tier. Standard accounts have a defined daily withdrawal ceiling, while higher VIP tiers benefit from significantly increased limits. Visit the VIP page to see how advancing your tier can unlock better withdrawal thresholds.
Cricket & Sports Betting

Absolutely. PSL is one of the most popular betting markets on 9777sz. You'll find match winner odds, top batsman/bowler markets, over/under runs, and live in-play betting throughout the PSL season. T20 internationals and other cricket tournaments are also covered. Head to Betting to explore all current markets.

Cricket is the flagship sport on 9777sz, covering PSL, international T20s, Test matches, and ODI series. Beyond cricket, you can also bet on Football, Esports tournaments, and other international sports events. The Betting section is updated regularly with new markets and upcoming events.

In-play betting lets you place bets on a match while it's happening — odds shift in real time based on the match situation. For cricket, this means you can react to wickets, powerplays, and momentum swings. Simply go to the live section under Bet, find the active match, and place your stake before the market closes.

The minimum bet amount is set in PKR and is designed to be accessible for all types of players. Exact minimums can differ slightly between sports and market types. When you select a market and enter the bet slip, the minimum stake for that specific market will be clearly displayed before you confirm.
Casino & Slots

The Casino section features Live Baccarat, Live Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Poker, and more — all streamed in HD with professional dealers. The Slots library has hundreds of titles with free spin bonuses, progressive jackpots, and new games added regularly.

All slot games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure every spin result is completely random and independent. Live casino games are run by real dealers under controlled conditions with no scope for manipulation. Game fairness information including Return to Player (RTP) percentages is available on individual game pages.

Yes. The full casino and slots library is accessible on any modern smartphone browser — Android Chrome or iOS Safari. No app download is needed. The interface is touch-optimised, games load quickly, and live casino streams are smooth even on standard mobile data.
Bonuses & Promotions

New members receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The bonus amount and terms are shown clearly during the registration process and on the promotions section of your dashboard after you log in. Always read the wagering requirements before activating any bonus so you understand how to convert it to withdrawable funds.

Wagering requirements specify how many times you need to play through your bonus amount before you can withdraw it as real money. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you need to place a total of PKR 10,000 in bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Each bonus will have its specific requirement clearly stated.

Yes. 9777sz runs regular promotions including reload bonuses, free spin offers on new slot releases, PSL season specials, and cashback deals. VIP members receive additional exclusive offers. Log in to your account and check the Promotions tab to see all currently active offers available to you.
VIP Programme

Every bet you place on 9777sz — whether on cricket, casino, or slots — earns you points that contribute to your VIP level. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, activate a cool-off break, or request a temporary self-exclusion from the platform.
