Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your 9777sz balance within seconds of the payment being confirmed on the mobile wallet side. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank. 9777sz is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. 9777sz does not make withdrawals to third-party accounts. Before a withdrawal is approved, the following conditions must be met:

Once a bet has been confirmed by the system and a bet reference number has been issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user. It is your responsibility to check all bet details — selection, stake amount and odds — before confirming. 9777sz will not reverse confirmed bets due to user error unless a clear technical fault on the platform's side is demonstrated.
Odds displayed on 9777sz reflect the most current available prices and can change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds that apply to your bet are those confirmed at the moment your bet is accepted by the system, not the odds displayed while you were browsing the market.
A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances:
When a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to your account balance in full.
Live in-play betting is subject to additional rules. Connection delays between real-world events and the 9777sz platform mean that live odds always reflect a slight lag. 9777sz reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time and to void bets placed on events where results were already known at the time of placement due to such delays.
For PSL and other cricket betting markets, results are determined based on the official scorecard published by the relevant cricket board. In the event of a match being interrupted by weather or other factors, the rules of the specific market apply — for example, a match reduced in overs via DLS method is still considered a valid result for match winner markets unless the minimum number of overs required has not been bowled.
All bonuses and promotional offers provided by 9777sz are subject to specific terms that are published alongside the offer at the time it is made available. These general terms apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier — for example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must wager PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Bets placed with real money funds do not count towards wagering requirements unless specified.
Bonuses that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated period will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.
Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each user is entitled to claim each bonus offer once only. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — including by using a secondary account — is treated as a breach of these terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9777sz account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone, including family members. 9777sz support staff will never ask you to provide your password through any channel.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact 9777sz support immediately. While 9777sz takes reasonable steps to secure your account, we cannot accept responsibility for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your login details secure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 9777sz and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and forfeiture of balances:
